There is always light at the end of the storm, no matter how dark things may seem to be. When things are surrounding us, and everything seems to be going wrong we can easily start lose hope, faith, belief, trust and more. We can slowly allow ourselves to slip into this downward spiral that eventually cause us to be lead into a tunnel of depression, anxiety, anger, worry, doubt, fear and more. Before we know it we have taken something into our own hands, and have completely made it out to be for our bad instead of for our good. How many times have you got yourself in this cycle, only for the thing that you were worry or doubting about to be solved? What we fail to realize sometimes is that even in the bad moments of our lives, there is still good. We sometimes tend to think that our lives our over because we are looking at times beyond the moment the moment that we are in. If we stop focusing on the storm ( the problems), and start focusing instead on what God tells us we can control, we will see that we are much more at peace to handle life happenings. It is only when we look at the problems or create problems for ourselves by worrying about the future that we end up getting ourselves in a lot of mess. Sometimes its best for us to slow down, and remember what it is we can control, who is in control, and that everything will be okay. We have to be the ones to basically give ourselves prep talks to stop ourselves from spiraling out of control with negative emotions. In all honesty it is the negative emotions that we create for ourselves that can make the situation worse than what it really was in the first place. We all go through things, and unfortunately why we are here on earth we will always go through something, its how we handle them that determine the course of our life. So, if you have been handling it with negative emotions such as doubt, fear, and worry, go within yourself to see what is potentially lacking or causing you to feel these things within yourself. Look to see why it is that these emotions come about when life happenings come around. Once you spend sometime studying on what you think causes you to respond this way, resolve to research and work on other ways to handle things to stop yourself from doing it the way that is not getting you anywhere. We can all learn from the storms we have been through, are going through, and will go through it just depends on if you want to and how you are looking at the storm.
