Depression is something that is not easy to deal with it and can consume a large portion of our happiness if we let it. Depression is something that some can’t really comprehend what it is or how to deal with it. There are over 40 million people in America alone suffering from some type of mental illness. We tend to think that we are alone in our depression. We tend to think that no one understands our pain, so we end up keeping it inside and not expressing it. There are a lot of people who hide behind a fake smile when really deep inside they are not only hurting but calling out for help.
I wrote a post called Drowning From Depression? that goes into more details on what depression is. I wanted to create this post however on how to deal with depression.
There is a video that I did on how to deal with depression and also sharing some of my own personal testimony on dealing with depression and how I have learned to overcome it. I hope that through this video it will give you some tips on how to deal with depression.

Depression is something that you can not face alone nor should you. You should know that you are not alone in the way that you feel and that it is possible to heal and learn to be free from depression.
